Enjoy the aroma of freshly baked rolls, homemade jams, and creamy Swiss-style muesli. Our coffee machine prepares delicious cappuccino, espresso, or latte macchiato with premium Illy coffee – a traditional Italian roast from Trieste since 1933. Alternatively, we serve our excellent filter coffee – classic and full-bodied.
For a hearty start to the day, we prepare fresh egg dishes to your liking – made with free-range organic eggs from Biohof Knoop in Mirebüll. They pair perfectly with award-winning organic cheeses from Backensholzer Hof in Oster-Ohrstedt and fresh fruit and vegetables, which we source directly from organic farmers via Crowdfarming.

For a consciously sustainable breakfast experience, we completely avoid single-use packaging. All products are lovingly served in reusable jars and small bowls – fresh, eco-friendly, and beautifully presented.
We serve breakfast daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in our bright and airy breakfast room or – on sunny days – on the sunny terrace overlooking our peaceful garden.
